Emily Cannata Photography: The Blog

I have come to realize my heart has the ability, and capacity, to madly love more than one city.  Officially, my heart now spans from the East Coast (where I was born and spent countless years of my life with family) to the great State of Texas (where my heart shines as bright as the Lone Star itself) to my new love, the Pacific Northwest – Seattle & Bainbridge Island to be exact.

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to attend a Photographer’s Retreat that placed us on a small slice of heaven – Bainbridge Island.  The Retreat was that – time to reflect (inwardly), open up, be pushed, and allowed to be nurtured.  More blogging on that experience to come; but I must share some of the amazing images from our family session.

The family was perfection.  The location was breathtaking.
