I have ‘known’ Lisa for a little over a year as our boys attend the same school, so I was thrilled when I got to work with the Barnes Family.  When chatting about their session, I instantly felt Lisa was a person I have known for years!  Her personality is genuine and she has the most positive energy and attitude.  These are all great traits to have in a personal trainer; and she happens to be an amazing one!    Lisa is THE Lisa behind Lisa Barnes Fitness LLC  She is one fabulous mom that can totally hold her own with the boys!

Life with the Barnes Family is a busy one – two active boys that keep these awesome parents busy.  Bill and Lisa are amazing parents; they really have a hands on approach to parenting (and life in general).  You can tell within minutes of meeting them their family dynamic is pretty special.  Their interactions are intentional and heartfelt.  They encourage and build up; the ones you want in your corner, cheering you on in times of triumph; and offering full support and encouragement in times that may be a bit rough.
